How We Help
Careful preparation of straightforward wills and lasting powers of attorney, from first instructions to signing.
Four defined services, each with a clear scope and a preparation fee shown separately from any government or outside charges.
Will Preparation
Your straightforward instructions, recorded carefully and returned as a clear draft.
Preparation fees
- Single will £180–£280
- Paired wills £300–£450
Single wills are priced per document; paired wills per pair.
Will Preparation records straightforward instructions about your estate and the people you intend to benefit. You then receive a draft for careful checking, and we explain the signing arrangements before anything is signed.
What this involves
- Recording your instructions about your estate
- Noting your intended beneficiaries
- A draft for you to check carefully
- A clear explanation of the signing arrangements
Lasting Power Preparation
Help gathering the right information and thinking through who you wish to appoint.
Preparation fee
- Per document £225–£350
Our fee does not include government registration charges.
Lasting Power Preparation helps you assemble the information needed, consider the people you wish to appoint and review the relevant document choices.
What this involves
- Assembling the information needed
- Considering the people you wish to appoint
- Reviewing the relevant document choices with you
Document Review
A considered look at the paperwork you already have.
Review fee
- Per appointment £90–£150
Document Review identifies whether your existing paperwork still reflects your circumstances, and which points require specialist advice.
It does not assume that every review must result in a replacement document.
What this involves
- Checking whether your existing paperwork still reflects your circumstances
- Identifying any points that require specialist advice
- No assumption that you need a replacement document
Signing Administration
An agreed checklist, with outstanding steps followed up for you.
Signing Administration provides an agreed checklist and follows up any outstanding steps, so nothing is left unfinished.
What this involves
- An agreed checklist for signing
- Follow-up of any outstanding steps
What we do not do
- Act as a substitute decision-maker
- Promise a particular registration result
- Proceed where capacity, safeguarding or complex legal questions require a different professional service
Where those questions arise, we refer you for appropriate specialist advice.
